Christopher Janke founded Slope Editions with Ethan Paquin in 2001. He is author of Structure of the Embryonic Rat Brain, selected in 2006 as winner of the Fence Modern Poets Series and appearing in 2007 from Fence Books. His poetry has appeared in Harper's, Ploughshares, American Poetry Review, New American Writing, Field, Verse, Cutbank, Green Mountains Review, and in many other online and print journals.
